Typical Student
Integrity House for Girls accepts female students ages 12 to 18. Our students often have had unsuccessful attempts at therapeutic intervention and still display ungovernable behavior, continued drug and substance abuse, poor academic performance, destructive behaviors, low motivation, and other unresolved issues such as mood disorders or learning disorders.
Program Type
Integrity House is a Residential Treatment Center for teen girls who are experiencing problems within their homes schools or society as well as teens experiencing difficulties with emotional behavioral, or substance abuse issues. Integrity House maintains a staff of fully trained and licensed professionals to meet the educational and therapeutic needs of each resident.
Program Description
At Integrity House our program is designed to ensure both the adolescent and the parent that life CAN and WILL get better through aggressive quality treatment. We are a Residential Treatment Center with the primary objective of helping adolescent girls gain the skills and courage that it takes to make the changes in their lives that will guarantee a brighter future. Resident activities are supervised and monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Resident stays are typically 6 to 12 months and vary according to each resident’s needs and their response to treatment. Each resident participates in a comprehensive program which emphasizes individual improvement and accountability. Our program focuses on education, therapy, recreation, and community service as the primary tools for accomplishing the objectives of the program.
Facilities
Integrity House is located in Utah in the picturesque “Color Country” of Southern Utah. Our facility is limited to the housing and treatment of a maximum of 16 girls.
School Credentials
A state accredited teacher is assigned to work one-on-one with each child to accomplish the goals set out in their Individual Education Plan. Course completion is based on mastery of course objectives rather than time spent in the classroom. By working with the teacher in a one-on-one setting the student is able to make up for their lack of performance in prior academic settings, and students are able to graduate and attend local formal graduation ceremonies receiving their High School Diploma.
Academics
During the orientation period of the child’s stay they will be assessed and assigned an Individual Education Plan. Each child’s Individual Education Plan is tailored to their specific needs. Assessment includes review of school records, therapeutic assessments, personal interviews, and input from parents and family counselors. The student’s educational and career goals are taken into consideration where appropriate.
Tuition
Tuition at Integrity House is $5300 per month with a one time startup fee of $2500. Some payment options are available.
